Millennial Services is pleased to announce that they have partneredwith Paper Source, out of Forest Park, Illinois, to handle inbound customerservice inquiries on behalf of the company. Paper Source is a specialty retailer offering a unique selection of fine and artisanal papers, invitationsand announcements, personalized and distinctive gifts, gift wrap, greetingcards, custom stamps, and an exclusive collection of envelopes and cards.

Millennial Services offers dedicated inbound call center solutions that employ strictly domestic resources. Millennial will be handling customer service through calls, email support, and live chat on behalf of Paper Source.

As part of the Paper Source team, Millennial Services will be taking calls and servicing digital support channels five days a week. Millennial will be cross-training its team and servicing a wide variety of ticket types includingproduct questions, billing questions, shipping issues, and more. The company will be servicing support from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays.

Millennial worked with Paper Source to set up a three-day on-site training crash course, in which the inbound call center implementation team and the quality assurance team reviewed policy, procedure, and systems required to service Paper Source customers. Millennial uses a train the trainer approach. After initial training with Paper Source, Millennial built its own set of online training and knowledge base materials. This project was started with a soft rollout, whereby Millennial team members started with email and live chat tickets for the nesting period, and transitioned into taking live phone calls.
